Cancellation Policy:
The Antiques Diva Tours requires a deposit of 25% on 1 Day Tours (made via bank transfer to an ABN-AMRO account or via
credit card with Pay Pal). The remaining fee for Day Tours is due in
cash on tour date. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made up to 2 weeks in advance. However, this deposit
may be reapplied if the tour is rescheduled.
For
Multiple Day Booking payment is required in full at confirmation of booking. Due to the high level of planning involved
for custom tours, our payment policy varies from that of our other tours. This deposit is nonrefundable in the event
of cancellation. However, this deposit may be reapplied if the tour is rescheduled.
Additionally, if the client has prepaid in full for the tour, and cancels at the last minute or does
not show up for another reason, it is up to the discretion of The Antiques Diva Tours to give back part of the deposit. The
Antiques Diva Tours appreciates the understanding of our clients regarding the above policies, due to the unique nature
of the planning involved in these tours.

Tipping, Etc:
The cost of your tour includes everything, but your guide will be happy to accept a
tip if you feel they have provided exceptional service.
