I have always been fascinated with antiques. The have a history, what’s hands have touched them? What I love about chairs is they are used. Some antiques are admired from afar, not chairs. We use them every day. The guests who come into our home use them. We need chairs. They are an essential part of any home and any period.

The right antique chair catches your eye, you can see it from far away. Even when sitting in a space full of chairs…. one chair, this one chair draws you in. And you walk towards it and know that it has to be yours.
Honestly, the chair is so important in our lives. We keep them fresh with new fabric and new finishes but really aren’t we just reinventing the same basic chairs. Sure would like to win!!!

Hi – We are happy to give you a quote for shipping to SA – if you have a specific project. There are a lot of import taxes and restrictions when shipping into SA when it comes to antiques so you definitely need to have your papers in order to limit taxation, but yes happy to help.
