Dearest Robin,
top: 2px; padding-right: 5px; font-family: times;”>I hate to dash your dreams, but the Foire Nationale de la Brocante et Jambon won’t be going on when you’re in Paris next week! This fair, held in Chatou, is only twice a year and you just missed the March 6 – 15, 2009 dates and the next dates for this fair are not until Sept 25-Oct 4, 2009.

Melanie,
Thanks so much for popping by the Diva blog! Claudia and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Costes – enjoyed the wine and dinner out!!! More than anything, we enjoyed the delicious antique shopping later that weekend!! Oh the treasures to be found!!!!

Dear Diva,
Thank you for sharing your experiences with us, it’s truly wonderful.
May I ask you a question related to shopping in Paris? What is the best way to send/ship your goods(some of which could be quite large)back home? Is there a specific place from which this is done? Web site?
I live in Australia…
I would be forever grateful if you could help me with this!
Have a terrific day and thank you in advance!
Alex 🙂
I’ve just read , you are going to meet Claudia at hotel Costes. Hope you will have a good time together .Think about me …and don’t forget to share the treasures you will find at the brocante

Also I was surprised to see all those reindeer skins… well they are really nice and warm, but you should know, they are bst hung up on the wall, otherwise you’ll be in for a very hairy surpise…! Really, after a short while,l they start loosing their hairs and they are everywhere and impossible to get off!!!

Thanks so much for the compliment on the photo!! I must say the day that photo was taken in front of the Parisian boutique in Amsterdam’s 9 Streets district, I had been rained on, twice, and had led a meeting earlier in the day! I was exhausted, but when some friends and I and happened upon the shop we knew it was too good to be true!!
Phivos, Merci bien!
A tout a l’heure,
