What Does The Shipping Company Do?

The responsibility of the shipping company is to track your inventory and payments,  cross-reference your tags,  pack, complete all export / import paperwork and monitor your shipment’s progress from the time they receive your goods until they a re delivered to you;  and keep you advised of the status of your shipment.

What To Expect

3rd party International shipping services usually include:

  • Organizing the invoicing and payments of the goods purchased abroad
  • Collecting all the goods from the different vendors and transporting to the 3rd party warehouses
  • Packing service includes wrapping your goods in protective materials, crating, loading on pallets for transport, and using the most advanced art and antiques packaging and crating industry practices

    Prior to shipping, your goods are stored  in secure cold storage warehouses

    Shipments are organized in 20ft, 40ft or LCL ( Less Container Loads)

    Your Shipper manages the loading of your container in our warehouse

    Your shipper organizes all customs and VAT paperwork concerning the export and import documentation necessary for your goods

    If required, your shipper provides fumigation of your container

    Your Shipper can provide insurance for the shipped goods or you could work with a 3rd party insurer
